Zimbabwe are back to playing Test cricket with another Test series against New Zealand. The first Test will be played in Bulawayo from July 30 - August 3. This Test series comes on the back of their previous Test series loss against South Africa last month.
New Zealand and South Africa along with Pakistan, are yet to kick off their WTC 2025-27 campaign. The last Test series for the Kiwis was against England in November-December 2024, part of the previous WTC cycle.
Craig Ervine is back to leading the side once again. Meanwhile, Mitchell Santner is leading New Zealand in the first Test with Tom Latham ruled out with a shoulder injury. This Test series is not part of the WTC 2025-27 campaign.
